5K Runs and More
Tis the season for 5K runs (and 10K runs, half-marathons, marathons, triathlons, you get the idea). There are 18 upcoming races in the area over the next 6 weeks. Running can be a great way to exercise. If you’re looking for some great folks to run with, check out the Wilmington Road Runners.
